Ingredients:

  • 200 grams of uncooked finely crumbled breakfast sausage
  • 100 grams of cream cheese
  • 100 grams of shredded sharp cheddar cheese 
  • 100 grams of sifted all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder 
  • 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder for an aromatic undertone
  • A pinch of salt and black pepper to taste to enhance the overall flavor

Instructions:

1- Set the oven’s temperature to 375°F. To keep food from sticking and to guarantee even cooking, line a baking sheet with parchment paper. You can also air fry them.

2- Put the softened cream cheese and crumbled sausage in a big mixing bowl. Mix well with a fork or your hands until there are no visible lumps of cream cheese left.

3- Fold the cheddar cheese shreds into the mixture gradually until they are evenly distributed.

4- Combine the flour, baking powder, black pepper, salt, and garlic powder in another basin. As you gradually add this dry ingredients to the sausage mixture, make sure everything comes together nicely.

5- The small pieces of the mixture should be scooped and rolled into uniform balls about the size of a walnut.

To ensure equal cooking, leave space between each ball when you arrange them on the prepared baking sheet.

6- The sausage balls should be cooked through and golden brown after 20 to 25 minutes of baking in a preheated oven. 

7- Before serving, take them out of the oven and allow them to cool somewhat. Serve alongside spicy mustard or ranch dressing for a tasty dip.

2- Crockpot Cheese Tortellini and Sausage

Instructions:

1- To start, arrange the smoked sausage slices in layers at the bottom of the crockpot. As the food cooks, this increases the release of flavors.

2- Evenly spread the diced tomatoes on top of the meat. Make sure the spices are evenly spread before adding the red pepper flakes and Italian seasoning.

3- To create a foundation that will thicken while it cooks, add the heavy cream and stir gently. Gently mix in the cheese tortellini, making sure it’s well soaked in the sauce so the flavors can seep in.

4- Place the lid on the crockpot and cook it for three to four hours on low heat. To guarantee even cooking and avoid sticking, stir from time to time.

6- Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary once the tortellini is soft and the sauce has thickened.

3- Cheesy Ranch Potatoes & Smoked Sausage

  • 5 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled (optional)
  • 1 packet (1 oz) ranch dressing mix
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 green onions, finely chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

1- Wash and dice the russet potatoes into bite-sized pieces. Place them in a microwave-safe bowl with a little water, cover, and microwave on high for about 10 minutes or until tender. Drain and set aside.

2- In a large skillet over medium heat, add the sliced smoked sausage. Cook until browned and heated through, about 5-7 minutes.

3- In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, diced onion, half of the shredded cheese, crumbled bacon (if using), ranch dressing mix, milk, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.

4- Add the cooked potatoes and browned sausage to the cream cheese mixture. Stir gently until everything is well coated.

5- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread it out evenly. Bake uncovered for about 25-30 minutes.

6- Remove from the oven and sprinkle the remaining shredded cheese on top along with any additional crumbled bacon if desired. Return to the oven for another 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

7- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving. Enjoy warm with your favorite sides!

    • 1 tablespoon of olive oil for frying
    • Salt and black pepper to taste

    Instructions:

    1- Start by heating a pot of salted water until it boils. According to the directions on the package, add the bow-tie pasta and cook it until it’s all cooked. Drain and store.

    2- The olive oil should be heated to medium heat in a big skillet. Don’t burn the minced garlic; instead, add it and fry it until fragrant.

    3- To the skillet, add the Italian sausage pieces. Use a spatula to split it apart while it cooks until browned. Make sure no pink is left behind.

    4- Add the dried basil and tomato sauce, and let the flavors combine for five to seven minutes. If necessary, add more salt and pepper to the sauce after tasting it. 

    5- Mix the cooked bow-tie pasta in the skillet until the sauce coats every piece. To make sure everything is well heated, cook for a further two minutes. 

    6- Grated Parmesan cheese should be gently sprinkled over the pasta after plating. For a nutritious, satisfying dinner, serve right away.

    3- In the same skillet, add the diced onion and bell peppers. Sauté for about 5 minutes until they begin to soften. Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.

    4- Stir in the rice, diced tomatoes (with juices), chicken broth, and Cajun seasoning. Bring to a boil.

    5- Reduce the heat to low, cover the skillet, and let it simmer for about 15 minutes or until the rice is tender and has absorbed most of the liquid.

    6- Once the rice is cooked, gently fold in the shrimp and cooked sausage. Cover again and cook for another 3-5 minutes until the shrimp are pink and cooked through.

    7- Taste and adjust seasoning with salt, pepper, or more Cajun seasoning if desired. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

      Tips

      • If you like it spicier, consider adding some cayenne pepper or hot sauce.
      • You can substitute brown rice for white rice; just adjust the cooking time according to the package instructions.
      • For added flavor, use homemade Cajun seasoning or adjust spices based on your preference.

      • 150 grams of orzo pasta
      • 200 milliliters of chicken broth
      • 100 milliliters of heavy cream 
      • 1/2 cup of fresh chopped spinach
      • 1 clove of minced garlic
      • 1 tablespoon of unsalted butter for frying
      • Salt and black pepper to taste

      Instructions:

      1- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Cook for 3–4 minutes, or until nicely browned on both sides, after adding the sliced chicken sausage. Take out and put aside.

      2- Add the minced garlic to the same skillet and cook, being careful not to burn it, until fragrant. To improve the flavor and texture of the orzo pasta, stir it in and toast it softly for one to two minutes.

      3- Stir to include the chicken broth. After lowering the heat to low and covering the skillet, cook the orzo for approximately ten minutes, or until it is soft and the liquid has mostly been absorbed. 

      4- Add the chopped spinach, cooked sausage, and heavy cream and stir. Allow the sauce to thicken and the spinach becomes soft by cooking for a further two to three minutes.

      5- As needed, taste and adjust the seasoning with salt and black pepper. If preferred, top with grated Parmesan cheese and serve right away.

      1- To avoid sticking, oil a small casserole dish and preheat the oven to 375°F. In a skillet, cook the breakfast sausage over medium heat until it is crumbled and browned. Set aside any extra fat after draining it.

      2- Put the milk, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and beaten eggs in a mixing bowl. Mix thoroughly with a whisk.

      3- Evenly spread the cubed bread in the casserole dish’s bottom. Top the bread cubes with half of the shredded cheese and then the cooked sausage.

      4- Make sure everything is wet by evenly pouring the egg mixture over the layers of bread and sausage.

      5- After adding the remaining cheese, bake the casserole for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and firm.

      6- Serve the dish after letting it rest for a few minutes. Serve warm with your preferred breakfast accompaniments.

      2- The olive oil should be heated to medium heat in a big skillet. Break up the crumbled sausage with a spatula and fry until it is browned and cooked through. Take off and put away.

      3- Red pepper flakes and minced garlic should be added to the same skillet. Take about a minute to fry until tasty. Return the cooked sausage to the skillet along with the blanched broccoli florets. Heat thoroughly, stirring to mix.

      4- Add the cooked orecchiette and a little of the pasta water that was set aside to make a thin sauce. Stir until everything is cooked and coated evenly.

      5- To taste, add salt and black pepper. If preferred, top with grated Parmesan cheese and serve right away.

      3- Season with salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, and smoked paprika. To enable the flavors to blend, cook for a further two to three minutes after stirring to mix them together.

      4- Put the sausage back in the skillet and mix everything together. Cook for a further two minutes to ensure it is thoroughly heated. 

      5- Enjoy the harmony of sweet, smokey, and spicy tastes by consuming right away.

      1- Boil the pasta in salted water until it’s all cooked. Drain the pasta and set aside 1/2 cup of the water.

      2- In a big skillet over medium heat, warm the olive oil. Use a spatula to break up the broken Italian sausage while it cooks until it turns brown. Take off and put away.

      3- Add the minced garlic to the same skillet and cook for approximately a minute, or until fragrant. Cook for two to three minutes after adding the diced tomatoes, letting them soften a little. After adding the heavy cream, come to a simmer.

      4- Add the cooked sausage back to the skillet, stirring to mix. Cook for a further two to three minutes to let the flavors to combine.  Stir the cooked pasta in the skillet to ensure it is uniformly covered with sauce. To change the sauce’s consistency, use the pasta water that was set aside.

      5- Melt the Parmesan cheese into the sauce by stirring it in. As needed, taste and adjust the seasoning with salt and black pepper.

      6- If wanted, top with more Parmesan and fresh parsley and serve right away.

      1- In a large saucepan of boiling salted water, cook the pasta until it’s al dente. Drain and set aside the pasta water, keeping 1/2 cup.

      2- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Cook the sausage slices until they are browned and just beginning to crisp up. Take out and put aside.

      3- Add the sliced bell peppers to the same skillet and cook for approximately five minutes, or until they are tender. Add the red pepper flakes and minced garlic, and cook for about a minute, or until fragrant.

      4- Add the heavy cream and heat until it boils gently. Add the Parmesan cheese and let it melt so the sauce gets thicker.

      5- Add the cooked sausage back to the skillet and mix everything together. Use salt and black pepper to taste and adjust the seasoning.

      6- Make sure all of the pasta is coated by swirling it in the sauce after cooking. To thin the sauce, add the pasta water that was set aside.

      7- For an elegant touch, top with more Parmesan and finely chopped parsley and serve right away.
