In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients: poppy seeds, toasted sesame seeds, dried garlic, dried onion, and kosher salt

 Step 1: Preheat the Blackstone Griddle and Boil the Noodles

Start by preheating your Blackstone griddle to medium heat. While it’s heating up, fill a saucepan with water and add a couple of pinches of salt and a tablespoon of oil. Place the saucepan on the griddle and let the water come to a boil. Once boiling, add the ramen noodles and cook for 8-10 minutes.

Once the noodles are cooked, strain them using a strainer. To prevent them from sticking together, drizzle some oil over the noodles and toss gently.

  • Ramen noodles 1 pack
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce 2 tablespoon
  • 2 tbsp Brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp Butter or canola/olive oil
  • 1 tsp Minced or chopped garlic
  • 1 tsp Homemade everything bagel seasoning
  • 3 Bacon – thin slices
  • 1/2 cup Sliced mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup Green onion
  • 2 tbsp Hot sauce or BBQ sauce (optional)


  • Preparation:
    – Start by boiling water in a pot and cooking the ramen noodles according to the package instructions until they are just tender.
    – Drain and set aside.While the noodles are cooking, prep your other ingredients. Slice the mushrooms and garlic, and chop the bacon into small pieces.
  • Cooking on the Blackstone Griddle:
